Rules and Regulations for Membership:
1) One can join and get membership in the organization only after accepting the terms and conditions of the organization
2) An individual who always gives respect and willing to serve the people, may become a member of NSWF
3) The Member(s) and Leader(s) should always bear in mind that the objective of the organization is to serve the people. As It is a non-profitable organization, members should not join with profit expectations.
4) The member(s) or Leader(s) of NSWF should not involve in any Anti-Nation or Illegal Activity.
5) The NSWF organization is not responsible for individual activities of any member or Leaders of NSWF (organizer(s) / co-ordinator(s) / secretary (ies)...)
6) The Members and Leaders (organizer(s) / co-ordinator(s) / secretary (ies)...) should work on voluntary / honorary basis. Membership is non-transferable & non-refundable.
7) There is no such special fee like membership fee, renewal fee and registration fee...etc. But the respective member or leader should pay all the costs which include ID card, Postal Expense and Promotion expenditure.
8) The NSWF is a voluntary organization therefore members or leaders should not join the organization with the motive of earning money.
9) The Validity period of a membership and a person's position / Designation / Posting in the NSWF organization is one year from the date of joining as a Member or a Leader.
10) The Membership and Positions (organizer(s) / co-ordinator(s) / secretary(ies).....) in the organization (NSWF) will be changed or renewed or removed after a period of one year from the date of membership or posting which would be based on their performance.
11) The NSWF organization's Membership and Designations [Leadership Posts like organiser(s) / co-ordinator(s) / secretary(ies)..... ] are given on voluntary / honorary basis only .
12) The NSWF organization reserves the right to reject any membership application without providing reasons or explanation for the rejection.
13) Nobody is supposed not to donate or gift or provide any other pecuniary benefit to members or leaders for the purpose of posting in NSWF.
14) The NSWF organization is not responsible, if anybody pay/donate Cash in anyone's Hand for any purpose.
15) The Member(s) / organizer(s) / co-ordinator(s) / secretary (ies)... are strictly advised to follow the principles of the organization (NSWF) will be eligible and professed to be a member in NSWF. Members should not give any assurance like Fake Gifts, Loans, and Pyramid schemes to the people for membership or promoting the Organization.
16) The Members of NSWF should not try to develop the organization (NSWF) by means of any business style like MLM.
17) NSWF Organization shall not be held responsible or accountable for actions by Member(s) / Leader(s), such as misuse of positions, identity cards, etc. contravening to the objectives, rules and regulations of the organization.
18) All the members of the NSWF Organization will be provided an ID card by the Head of the Organization which the member has to carry along with Him / Her all the time. Only the Head office will be having the Authority to issue the ID Cards.
19) It is the respective Member / Leader duty to check whether the Id card issued is original or not. Anyone can check whether their ID card is original or not by sending the ID card details to e-mail id president@nswflegal.com
20) The filled membership application should be sent to head office of the NSWF organization only. NSWF Organization is not responsible, if the filled membership application given to anyone.
21) Termination of the Membership:
1. To give the resignation
2. If any member / Leader works against the policies of the organization or works Anti-Organization or shows Indiscipline, the membership can be terminated Permanently with or without any prior information or notice.
22) For Donations:
If anybody wishes to donate for the development of the NSWF organization, can donate in any one of the following way only. We strictly advise all, not to give cash to anyone. The organization does not own the responsibility for the cash given to anyone.

23) Our organization banned the donation books. Nobody should not collect the donations by using donation books in the name of "NATIONAL SOCIAL WELFARE FOUNDATION” or in the name of any one of its divisions.
